Jake Williams ICT assisted Worcestershire Council to go live with Liquidlogic Adults within 11 months and Childrens within 15 months.

They put together Liquidlogic admin processes and configured the system at meet our requirements.

Jake was able to work with WCC to explain how Liquidlogic worked and set up the system settings to meet or requirements.

Jake was a good communicator and able to put across his point to both admin staff and the business.

He was heavily involved with the business and ensured the System Admin team and the business were aligned.
